You understand that while this store is hosted at http://racingrenders.binary-digit.com, this shop remains the official shop for RacingRenders.com and the service is provided by RacingRenders.com.
Accounts
Registration on this site is permitted to one account per individual. You agree to not create multiple accounts for any purpose and any account holders found doing so will be banned indefinitely. You agree to not provide your account details to any third parties and will not hold racingrenders.com responsible for any malicious usage of your account by third parties you have provided your account details to. You agree to provide accurate information in your billing and shipping info. RacingRenders.com reserves the right to be held accountable for orders lost in transit due to wrong billing and shipping information. There will be NO replacements or refunds for wrong information.
For Downloadable (DLC) products, you agree to provide accurate information when trying to resolve any and all download issues and agree to be bound by the final decision made by the RacingRenders Store Management.
Downloadable Products
By purchasing any Downloadable Product, you agree that you will not provide your account details to any third party who may be able to download the products without purchasing them. You agree to not place the downloaded files on any personal, private or third party servers for the purpose to distribute them over the world wide web through any form of warez website. You agree to not provide the downloaded files to any friends, family members and/or collegues who have not purchased the item.
You understand and agree that you are purchasing downloadable items with a limitation on downloads. You understand that should your downloads fail, you may request an addition (same amount as originally available after purchase) from RacingRenders.com and will receive such only once. Any further download requirement will require a new purchase of the item. You understand and agree to these terms understanding that this is done to stop customers from distributing account information for the use of third parties through warez websites.
You agree to not modify or resell any of the downloadable products purchased from this store. All physical and downloadable products (excluding rendering services products) sold in this store remain sole property of RacingRenders.com and must not be used elsewhere without permission. You understand and agree that there are NO refunds for any downloadable products and all purchases are considered FINAL.
Render Services
By purchasing any and all render services you understand and agree that there are no refunds on any of the services purchased. You understand that RacingRenders.com will work with you for the duration required to create the rendering services as listed in the individual product's description section of which you purchase and the time taken to work with you and create the pre-final render examples shall be covered by the purchase price.
Renders acquired through the render services remain sole property of the buyer who may use the renders in any way, shape or form they desire. The buyer has the right to allow or decline the ability for RacingRenders.com to showcase the renders in their company portfolio.
Refund Policy
By purchasing any downloadable or rendering services products through this store you understand and agree that we offer no refunds and all your purchases will be FINAL. Any requests or paypal disputes will be withdrawn through our no refund policy. You understand that the no refund policy is applied due to the nature of the content being purchased and agree to not hold racingrenders.com accountable for not refunding any purchased product.
Payment Policy
Payments accepted via this store are paypal and credit card via paypal for non paypal account holders. You understand that the system automatically checks and approves a sale of which the payment has completed. Should a payment be delayed via paypal due to not enough funds or through paypal cheque system, then the product will not be available to you until racingrenders.com has received cleared payment via paypal. You agree to not hold racingrenders.com and this shop accountable for the duration taken by paypal to clear your payment.
Shop & Support
You are to respect the aspect of this shop and not abuse it or its staff at any cost. RacingRenders reserve the right to suspend any account and void any purchase should you display inappropriate behavior towards the staff. You agree to conduct all your support requests with a good behavior and treat the support staff with respect. You understand and agree to not hold RacingRenders accountable for your account being banned due to inappropriate behavior towards the staff.
